What You'll Do: Advise developers, institutional investors, family offices, private equity sponsors, lenders, landlords, and owners on sophisticated commercial real estate matters Handle commercial acquisitions and dispositions Work on complex office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing transactions Assist with development projects and joint ventures Advise on borrower and lender-side real estate finance matters Support asset management and portfolio transactions Provide strategic commercial advice to high-profile real estate investors and owners Take ownership of transactions, negotiate directly with counterparties, and work closely with highly regarded partners What You'll Need 4+ years' commercial real estate experience gained at a respected law firm Admission to the New York BarA passion for commercial leasing, particularly within the New York market Experience handling sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance matters Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills What Else?
