Job Description:
Summary We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of FP&A to own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Reporting to the CFO, this highly visible role partners closely with the executive team. You will serve as the primary architect of our financial operating model and a key driver of value creation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented with a strong experience in financial modeling, analysis and reporting. Key Roles and Responsibilities ● Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.● Develop and maintain robust financial models.● Produce high-quality board and PE sponsor reporting packages including financial results, variance analysis and key performance metrics.● Partner with business unit leaders to drive accountability to plan and identify cost optimization and margin expansion opportunities.● Improve FP&A processes, systems (Adaptive Planning, Vena, or Other), and data integrity in partnership with Accounting and Revenue Operations.● Provide ad-hoc analysis for capital allocation, pricing, sensitivity analyses, and strategic initiatives.● Support acquisition processes (when active): target modeling, diligence support, and post-close performance tracking. Required Qualifications ● 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally combining operational SaaS FP&A with Private Equity banking exposure.● MBA degree a plus● Expert financial modeling skills and deep command of SaaS metrics.● Ability to lead a small team (or operate as a strong individual contributor) while remaining hands-on.● Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.● Strong communication skills.● Executive presence and ability to influence non-finance leaders.
