Vellum Law is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support corporate clients with drafting and reviewing purchase orders and brokerage agreements, and to assist with commercial closings using closing software. This role starts part-time (10-20 hours/week) with a path to 30-40+ hours as volume grows; compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
