Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description / QualificationsProject Manager (Security Business Lead)Acting as Security Business Lead, this Project Manager will act as a bridge between the company and security vendors, contributing to the planning and expansion of the company's security services.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will coordinate multiple security initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of security standards across all customers. This role will manage not only the delivery of security services but also operational aspects such as tracking findings, operational calendars, document management, and security trainingEssential Job Functions:Proposals to New Customers Create security service offerings and propose security solutions to new customers.Security & Compliance Governance Demonstrate adherence to regulatory, audit, and enterprise security controls with minimal audit findings.Customer Satisfaction Improve NPS, strong customer relationships, and high customer trust in service delivery.Communication with Security Vendors Coordination with vendors involved in security services and build strong relationships with them.Skills & QualificationsCoaching, team engagement, performance management, and leadership communication skills.Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing communication, both regional and global.Experience in proposing security services (vulnerability testing, assessment, consulting, SOC, CSIRT, etc.).Knowledge of security service-related skills (governance, compliance, vulnerability management, resilience design, etc.).Over 5 years of experience in providing services related to IT infrastructure technology (especially Network) or in the field of IT leadership.Proficient language skills in Japanese absolutely required, as the position requires communication with the company's Security Japan.CertificationsPreferred Certifications:CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security)CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)Any other security related certificationsISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or AuditorPMP (Project Management Professional)Network or Cloud provider certificationsIn Our OfficesOur core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour lunch in between. May be required to work beyond normal business hours including weekend and holiday, or to travel for business when necessary.This positions require in-person office attendance 2 days per week.
