About the role
Customer Service Representative A motivated Customer Service Representative who takes initiative, works hard, and genuinely cares about our customers. Derrick has earned a long reputation for premium products and an industry-leading customer service experience. You will play a key role in keeping it that way. As the primary point of contact for domestic and international customers, you'll manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and solve problems before they ever reach the customer. You'll work closely with teams across the company to expedite orders and manage inventory, so you need to be comfortable working with people at every level and eager to keep learning. You WillServe as the primary contact for domestic and international customers Process quotes and orders and send acknowledgements within one business day Investigate and resolve customer issues with urgency and follow through to completion Monitor open orders and flag potential delays before they affect the customer Prepare transaction documents for Customs, Accounting, Engineering, and other teams Provide weekly status reports that keep customers informed and confident You Have College degree2 to 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Plus: Syteline or other ERP experience Plus: Oil and Gas industry experience You AreProactive: you spot problems early and act without waiting to be asked Customer focused: you treat every request like it matters, because it does Organized and accurate, even when juggling many orders at once A team player who builds strong relationships across departments Eager to learn our products, processes, and industry You'll excel here if you take ownership, work hard, and treat every customer like our most important one.
