Hand Finisher Hand finish a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace and semiconductor industries Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, break edges, and deburr parts in preparation for further finishing Ability to use basic deburring and hand-finishing tools, including right angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and air pens (manual and power)Knowledge and proper use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Lee plug installation tools High School Diploma or GED required 0–3 years of hand finishing experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend English preferred Steady hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to twist/turn upper body as required Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
