Who we are looking for: We're seeking a Lead Program Manager to join our growing team and lead the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives that drive key business priorities. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates effectively in high levels of ambiguity, and brings a strong sense of ownership to complex work.You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build strong relationships, drive alignment, and move programs seamlessly from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator who can influence without authority, proactively identify and manage risks, and translate complex, multi-workstream efforts into well-executed programs that deliver meaningful outcomes.Your responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional programs, from early strategy and scoping through delivery and execution Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by setting clear plans, coordinating meetings, and ensuring accountability on next steps Translate complex goals, risks, and dependencies into structured, executive-ready communications that support informed decision-making Own program governance, including project plans and timelines, milestones, decision logs, and escalation paths Proactively identify risks, misalignment, and dependencies, escalating with context and recommended paths forward Translate complex information into clear, compelling program narratives that support decision-making and alignment across key stakeholders Continuously identify opportunities to improve program processes, communication, and cross-team collaboration Support the development of client-ready materials, updates, and summaries that reflect clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client-facing programs and initiatives, ensuring high standards of organization, follow-through, and delivery Your skills and experience: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant project or program management experience
