Responsibilities: Follow a leadership advancement track with career growth opportunities. Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
Qualifications: Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or financial services is highly recommended Certifications/Licenses are preferred Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the US.Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed. No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided.
