We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the development and construction of luxury residential projects. This role provides exposure to all phases of the development process, including design coordination, permitting, budgeting, procurement, and construction oversight. The successful candidate will work directly with senior project managers and ownership while helping drive project execution through strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration. Track project schedules, budgets, contracts, and consultant deliverables. Assist with permit applications, municipal coordination, and entitlement processes. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change logs. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of action items. Assist in bid solicitation, proposal review, and procurement activities. Participate in construction progress meetings and maintain tracking logs. Conduct site visits to document progress and identify project issues. Review drawings and specifications for coordination and completeness. Assist with budget tracking, invoice review, and payment applications. Prepare project status reports for internal leadership. Help coordinate project turnover, closeout, and warranty documentation. Support quality control efforts and maintain high standards throughout construction. QUALIFICATIONS1-2 years of experience in construction, real estate development, architecture, engineering, or project management. Strong interest in luxury residential development and construction. Basic understanding of construction drawings and project documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Self-starter with a willingness to learn and work in both office and field environments.
