Commercial/Industrial Field Ammonia Refrigeration Technician Location: Travel will be in a specific local territory to you, not nationwide or multi-state!Opportunity to earn $3,000–$5,000+ per week depending on experience and hours worked (up to $180k+/year!!)If you’re the kind of tech who likes figuring things out, staying busy, and not being micromanaged all day — keep reading. We’re adding to our team due to growth and looking for Refrigeration Technicians who want consistent work, solid pay, and a place where they can actually build a long-term career. This role is field-based, working on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across multiple sites. No two days look exactly the same, and that’s the point. What the job looks like: You’ll be out in the field handling service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Some days are quick fixes, others require deeper troubleshooting — either way, you’re the one diagnosing the issue and getting systems back up and running. You’ll be working on: Walk-ins, reach-ins, and display cases Ice machines and similar equipment Refrigeration systems with integrated controls Larger or more complex systems as your experience grows
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time 7am to 4pm. Some overtime or off-hours work may come up depending on workload, but nothing out of the ordinary for the trade.
