About the role

A bit about us: A growing Dallas personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its team and take an active role in representing clients throughout the life cycle of their cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys plaintiff-side litigation, wants meaningful ownership of their cases, and is looking for a long-term platform where strong performance is recognized. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters from initial evaluation through settlement and litigation, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and other parties.
Why join us? Meaningful Case Ownership Take an active role in your cases rather than functioning as another associate in a large, highly segmented litigation machine. Strong Earning Potential The base salary is competitive for the Dallas market, with additional upside tied to performance and results. Plaintiff-Side Practice Work directly with individuals who need strong advocacy and make a tangible impact on their lives. Career Growth This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to continue developing as a litigator and take on increasingly sophisticated matters. More Autonomy Attorneys are given the opportunity to exercise judgment, develop strategy, communicate directly with clients, and have meaningful involvement in the outcome of their cases. Long-Term Platform The goal is to find someone who wants more than just another job-this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing personal injury practice.
Job Details: Active Texas Bar license in good standing 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred Experience handling cases independently from pre-litigation through settlement or trial Strong deposition, negotiation, and written advocacy skills Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Strong judgment and attention to detail Trial experience is a significant plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
