Skills and Experience Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen environment, ideally in a casino or resort setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety standards Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profitability Clean criminal record - mandatory background check
