Electrical Superintendent – Nevada | Utah | Texas I am currently representing a leading national non-union contractor experiencing significant growth across the Western U.S. The organization has a strong and expanding backlog of major mission-critical, data center, commercial, and industrial projects, with opportunities across Nevada Utah and Texas. The contractor has established a strong reputation for delivering some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the industry, with project values reaching into the hundreds of millions and, in some cases, approaching the billion-dollar range. Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of work, they are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead major projects in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Reno, and Dallas.
Position Overview: This is a key field leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from mobilization through completion, commissioning, and turnover. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading day-to-day field operations on major construction projects Managing large field teams, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors Coordinating manpower, sequencing, logistics, and site operations Driving project schedules and maintaining critical milestones Managing subcontractor performance and field productivity Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship Enforcing site safety policies and procedures Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership This role is suited to a hands-on, field-driven Superintendent who has experience leading major projects and is comfortable operating in a high-pressure, schedule-driven environment. Ideal Background The successful candidate will ideally have:5+ years of Superintendent or experience Proven experience on large-scale commercial construction projects Strong mission-critical / data center experience highly preferred Experience leading projects with significant MEP coordination Experience managing large field teams and multiple subcontractors Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Experience working on complex, fast-track projects Strong safety and quality-control background Experience with commissioning and turnover on major projects preferred Ability to work on projects in Nevada and/or Utah Project Experience Candidates with experience delivering projects such as: Data Centers Mission-Critical Facilities Large Commercial Developments Industrial Facilities Advanced Manufacturing Healthcare Infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation up to $200k, depending on experience and project background Per diem available Travel/relocation assistance depending on project Comprehensive benefits package
