Overview:
Catering Crew Members help deliver an exceptional Dr. Dawg experience at events, pop-ups, and on-site service locations. This role blends hospitality, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure guests receive great food and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup & Breakdown
- Set up the cart, serving station, and prep areas
- Transport supplies, equipment, and food items
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the event
- Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve menu items (hot dogs, sausages, Italian beef, etc.)Assemble toppings accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Guest Interaction
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly service
- Answer questions about menu items and toppings
- Keep service moving smoothly during high-volume periods
- Operational Support
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and post-event cleanup
- Communicate any issues or needs to the event lead or manager
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior food service experience is a plus but not required
