About the role

Extrusion Foam Machine Operator We are looking for a mechanically inclined Extrusion Foam Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Mesa. In this role, you will operate and monitor foam extrusion equipment, make basic machine adjustments, complete quality checks, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone to join this "Family First Team" with extrusion, plastics, foam manufacturing, or machine operating experience who enjoys hands-on work.
Extrusion Operator Description:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor foam extrusion machinery
  • Monitor temperature, pressure, speed, and material flow
  • Make basic machine adjustments to maintain product quality
  • Inspect finished products for defects and verify specifications
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues
  • Record production and quality information
Extrusion Operator Job Duties:
  • Previous extrusion, plastics, foam, or manufacturing machine operating experience preferred
  • Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
