About the role

Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Associate Patient Care Coordinator is a vital Center based front office patient support role. They are responsible for checking in all patients, making sure all necessary paperwork is in charts before a patient can be seen, answering and directing all calls, scheduling new patients, collecting copays, entering new patients in the system, handling referrals, and rescheduling appointments for prescribers.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
