About the role

iGas is a global leader in refrigerant gas industry. We are building a customer-focused sales team in a growing automotive market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with strong B2B sales skills who wants to build a career in the automotive refrigerant and A/C products industry. This position is responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with automotive parts distributors, fleet operators, and other automotive customers. The ideal candidate is a confident salesperson with strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities through phone calls, visits, networking, and referrals Sell automotive refrigerants and related A/C products and supplies Educate customers on product features, applications, pricing, and availability Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRMMonitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activity Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale Monitor orders to ensure accurate and on time fulfillment Qualifications 3+ years B2B sales experience in automotive, HVACR, or a parts-industry Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems and refrigerants is preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Professional, dependable, and customer focused Microsoft applications and CRM skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel nationally to visit customers as needed
