About the role
Job Posting Manually trim and cut mats to meet required size and quality specifications. Use hand tools and trimming equipment to remove excess rubber and material from mats. Inspect finished mats for defects, uneven edges, and imperfections. Ensure mats are trimmed accurately and meet company quality standards. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to e.g., 30 lbs as needed.
