Surface-mount (SMT) Wave soldering Selective soldering of through-hole components using ERSA selective solder machines.*leaded and lead-free Hand soldering Some daily duties:-Performs hand assembly of post-surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written instructions.-Reads and identifies values, orientation, and polarity of thru-hole components like capacitors, resistors, transistors, and ICs.-Uses assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to verify part numbers and placement.-Ensures correct part values and placement according to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.-Uses basic tools and materials such as hot glue, masking, and clipping for final product assembly.
