Shift: 1st What's the Job? Assemble wire harness components by following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards. Prepare, route, and connect wires and terminals to ensure proper fit, alignment, and secure assembly. Inspect assembled harnesses for defects, correct routing, and workmanship quality before completion. Perform basic rework or corrections when issues are identified, following established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, efficient production. What's Needed? Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and written quality requirements. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate connections, routing, and workmanship. Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive assembly tasks with consistency.
