Position Title: Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead Senior

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Job Type: Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Pay Range: $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product delivery, sprint planning, and production releases. Manage cross-functional development teams and coordinate onshore/offshore resources. Drive engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Oversee Azure deployments, production support, and release management. Lead integrations with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Manage project risks, dependencies, technical debt, and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills: 10+ years of software development experience.4+ years of experience leading or managing development teams. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server/Oracle. Working experience with Angular 17+ and TypeScript. Microsoft Azure application development and deployment. Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, CI/CD Pipelines).REST APIs, messaging, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise release management.

Preferred Skills: Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services. GitHub Copilot or Claude Code. ServiceNow integrations. Azure API Management, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.Application Insights and production incident management. Utility/Energy industry experience (NERC CIP/SOX compliance).
