About the role

Lucidworks is hiring a Search Engineer on the Technical Support team to help government-contract customers maximize the value of Fusion. You will troubleshoot, document solutions, and collaborate with Engineering to shape the product. The role is fully remote, ideally aligned with Pacific Time, and requires US citizenship. You will work with Lucene/Solr, Java, Kubernetes, and cloud/container tools, providing critical support and knowledge sharing across teams in a fast-paced environment.
