Desired Skills And Experience: To qualify as a STAJets pilot candidate, you must have: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land) Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate Established Home BasePIC Requirements4,000 hours total time2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC3,000 hours multi-engine total250 hours PIC in typePIC Pay Range: $160K–$185KBenefits Offered 401k with 100% company match (up to 4% of salary) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 100% company-paid Loss of Medical Insurance (Disability pays 65% of annual income for up to 5 years) Flexibility to live at any airport base17/14 schedule (1st and 14th day as soft days off)
