Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication & Assembly: Build and assemble products using automated manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
Follow Specifications: Read, understand, and execute tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper handling of manufacturing materials.
Teamwork: Collaborate with your department to hit daily production goals and assist in training new team members as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of consecutive work history (manufacturing or production experience is highly preferred).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Basic math skills, a strong knack for working with small parts, and excellent attention to detail. (Forklift experience and basic computer skills are a plus!)
Communication: Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English for safety instructions and operational procedures.
Reliability: A rock-solid work ethic with a commitment to strict punctuality and attendance.
