Our client, a leader in sustainable food packaging solutions, is seeking a Process Technician to join their day shift team in Mansfield, MA. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in thermoforming or plastics manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor thermoforming production lines including setups, changeovers, and quality inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to reduce downtime and maintain production goals. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance cycle times and reduce material waste. Train and mentor team members on machine operation, safety, and standard procedures. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
