About the role
Seeking a Maryland Licensed Corporate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience, the fully remote position will manage the negotiation of customer Master Service Agreements (MSAs), review vendor agreements, and oversee various legal projects while collaborating on corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate customer MSAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain and update company corporate contract templates, including MSAs, NDAs, and other agreements
Act as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving customer contract disputes
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
3-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably in an in-house legal department
Demonstrated experience with AI-powered legal technology for contract drafting and legal research
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
Must be a licensed attorney in Maryland
