About the role
Leading the global content organization, the full-time remote Director of Content Strategy will set and execute the content vision across various formats and channels, manage a multi-million dollar P&L, and drive measurable growth through innovative content strategies.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement a global content strategy that aligns with business priorities and drives merchant engagement
Oversee the measurement and analytics of content performance, establishing success metrics and reporting insights to leadership
Manage operational leadership to ensure high-velocity content production while maintaining quality and budget accountability
Required qualifications
12+ years in content marketing with at least 5 years in leadership roles within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech companies
Proven experience in building and scaling global content operations that deliver measurable business outcomes
Strong analytical skills with expertise in attribution, measurement frameworks, and audience segmentation
Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and demonstrating ROI to executive leadership
International experience with a deep understanding of localization and market-specific nuances
