Biomedical Science Faculty, All Rank, Molecular Biology andGenetics The proposed College of Osteopathic Medicine at Xavier University (XUCOM) invites applications for a medical genetics faculty in the Division of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Genetics. The 12-month positions beginning in June of 2027. Tenure and non-tenuretrack will be considered. These positions are involved in the creation, development, and delivery of the basic science medical curriculum, the creation and evaluation of assessments, pursuescholarly activities in their area of expertise, and provides mentorship and guidance for medical students. The biomedicalscience faculty report to the Associate Dean of Faculty and MedicalPrograms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs and delivers curricular content within the College ofOsteopathic Medicine
Involved in the creation of assessments within the curriculumof the College of Osteopathic Medicine
Advises and mentors students of XUCOM
Contributes to the mission of the college through teaching, scholarship and service
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Terminal degree in discipline related to medical education(PhD, MD, DO)
Evidence of scholarly activity in genetics or molecularbiology
Preferred:
1-3 years teaching experience in medical education or graduateeducation
Evidence of student mentoring
POSITION: Twelve-month, non-tenure and tenure track will be considered
