About the role

Talent Manager / Senior Talent Manager
Location: New York City – Hybrid
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 DOE + Commission & Benefits
Type: Full-time
About the Role: We're working with a boutique talent management agency in New York looking for an experienced Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager to join their team. The agency represents digital creators across beauty, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment, with a focus on developing long-term careers, securing commercial partnerships and helping talent grow their businesses. This is an opportunity for someone who wants ownership of their roster, the support of an established agency and the chance to contribute to the development of a growing business.
What You'll Do: Manage and develop a roster of digital creators across multiple verticals. Secure, negotiate and oversee brand partnerships and commercial deals. Develop long-term career strategies for talent, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners. Oversee campaigns from initial negotiations through to delivery. Identify and recruit new talent to expand the agency's roster. Work closely with the wider team to support talent growth and commercial performance.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager representing digital creators. An established roster of talent, ideally with creators who could move with you. A proven track record of generating annual revenue through brand partnerships. Strong relationships with brands, agencies and other industry contacts. Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing campaigns. An understanding of creator development, audience growth and long-term career planning. Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills. We're particularly interested in speaking with managers who can demonstrate their previous annual brand partnership sales and the commercial potential of their existing roster. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a boutique agency while retaining ownership of their talent relationships. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
