About the role
Behavior Treatment Specialist The Behavior Treatment Specialist supports the Ingham Academy and Horizon Programs by engaging with students, helping them to maximize their strengths, build assets for successful community-based living. You will work directly with groups of students through regularly planned structured group activities such as recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours. Ingham Academy is a day treatment program for adjudicated youth. It gives youth involved in the court system a second chance at a high school education. The hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday during the school year. Half days during summer school (paid for full days). This is a salary position. Winter and spring breaks paid.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma and solid history working with students. Valid Driver's License Travel Requirement May include transporting students to and from Ingham Academy, appointments, and/or other activities. Chauffeur's license required, or must have ability to obtain. Highfields will reimburse to obtain.
