About the role

Facility CoordinatorPrimary responsibilities of the Facility Coordinator include warmly welcoming clients and guests at a satellite location of Company 3, providing facility information, directing client requests to the appropriate department, routing calls, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and overall client services. The Facility Coordinator should be highly organized, meticulous, upbeat and personable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow within the role.The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing clients and guests appropriately, providing initial orientation to new clients, notifying staff and clients of visitor arrival, as well as checking in clients according to current security protocols. They will assist operations and engineering teams with set up of edit rooms and offices, assist clients with requests pertaining to their edit rooms and offices, and build excellent client relations by creating a warm and inviting working environment. They will also be responsible for the following:Client support in person, through email, and phone callsRouting client requests to the appropriate departmentManaging incoming and outgoing shipmentsUpdating documents and spreadsheets pertaining to client contact info, purchases, etc.Set-up rooms for meetings, screeningsGeneral purchasing, logging of purchasesSet up daily coffee, restock communal snacks and beveragesMaintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areasOrder groceries and office supplies while maintaining a budgetRun errands as neededThe ideal candidate will have prior working experience in an office environment and be proficient with MS Office, Teams, Google Docs. They will be reliable, punctual, meticulous, detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask and take initiative. Additional desired skills include:Reliable, punctual, able to work Mon-Fri from 9:00a-5:00p and be flexible with notice to shift schedule as needed, available to work weekends if neededProfessional appearance and excellent demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of post-production workflows a plusCompany 3, including its various business units and family of brands, provides a full range of Creative Services for content creators, including conceptual design, pre-vis, look development, ideation and rapid prototyping, 3D animation/CGI, motion graphics/designers, matte painting, compositing, dailies and production services, color grading, post-production finishing, marketing/trailers, live-action production, experiences, and more.
