Play With Kids! Behavior Technician Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you've never heard of. You'll be their guide, their support, their safe place. What you'll do:
  • Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
  • Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
  • Celebrate their wins! (big and small)

Pay & Benefits:
  • $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education
  • Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm 8:00pm (15-20/week)
  • Additional Pay Incentives+$2/hour for weekend shifts+$5/hour for company-observed holidays
