Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a hybrid role. As our Receptionist / Entry-Level Service Advisor, you will be the face and voice of our shop. This is a perfect career-launching opportunity for someone who wants to learn the automotive service industry from the ground up under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Compensation & Benefits: Total Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / year (based on experience)

Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends!)What You Will DoCustomer Relations: Greet clients warmly, manage phone calls, and schedule service appointments.
Service Coordination: Assist in creating repair orders and tracking vehicle status.
Client Communication: Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and handle final check-outs.
Shop Administration: Maintain a clean front office area and manage digital customer records.
Park vehicles: Write Repair Orders: Assist Service Manager with daily tasks:
