Position: Over the Road (OTR) Truck Driver Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: Operate and drive long-haul trucks to transport goods and cargo over long distances. Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while on the road. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the truck to ensure safe operation. Manage and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate logbooks and records of deliveries, hours, and mileage. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and follow delivery instructions. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to various locations. Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as an OTR truck driver with a strong safety record.
  • Ability to handle long hours on the road and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Good physical health and stamina to manage long-distance driving.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
