About the role
Cogenthub is seeking an experienced HRO Manager to lead and manage large-scale HR Outsourcing operations. You will guide HRO leaders and teams across US Payroll, Garnishment, Tax Processing, Data Management, and Call Center Operations in a remote setting.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years in HRO Management or 2+ years in an outsourcing leadership role, with strong KPI/SLAs knowledge and excellent leadership skills. Shift timings align with US night shifts, with a focus on service excellence.
