About the role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with Healthcare experience and Scrum Master knowledge. No C2C please. Must be US citizen or Green Card Remote contract to hire Must be working in the healthcare industry now. Open to converting to a full-time employee (FTE) in the future. No visa sponsorship available. Preferred experience in healthcare/insurance Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs. Preferred tools include: Jira, IBM RTC( Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirement Composer)Clarity (for budget management), Share Point, Quick Base and other Microsoft office tools Dual responsibilities are mandatory: Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager. Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses. Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.).Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in Power Point).Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership. Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions.
