CarterPierce is partnering with a leading, PE-backed healthcare company in a fast-growing category to recruit a Director/Vice President of Corporate Development.
About the Role:
The Director/VP will lead a lean team and own a high-velocity M&A process from evaluation through close, including financial modeling, valuation, Investment Committee materials, LOI development, due diligence, and physician relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a lean team in the M&A process from evaluation through close
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation
- Prepare Investment Committee materials
- Develop Letters of Intent (LOI)
- Manage due diligence processes
- Qualifications7–8 years of post-undergraduate experience including investment banking experience or private equity and MUST HAVE health care corporate development experience
- Healthcare experience required
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals and senior stakeholders
