About the role

Momentum Environmental seeks a Director of Operations to lead location-wide operations and ensure services are delivered safely and to high quality standards. You will align field teams with Sales, Finance and Compliance to meet Momentum's quality expectations, reporting to the Senior VP of Operations. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for regional projects, drive health and safety programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and processes.
