About the role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to support our Management Company team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll help drive financial reporting, operational control, and our ongoing work to build and enhance processes — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. We're looking for someone with a strong accounting background and 6-8 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail and a proactive, motivated attitude are essential — you'll be joining a small, lean team where each member carries significant responsibility. Timeliness and precision are critical to accurate financial reporting and compliance in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support the monthly close process, including account reconciliations, management reporting, quarterly reporting, and US GAAP financial reporting for the Management Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, including journal entries, cash booking, and general ledger maintenance Streamline finance operations/accounts payable workflows, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and payables reconciliation Oversee treasury management activities, including cash reconciliations and daily cash reporting Prepare standard and non-standard recurring month-end journal entries, including fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, prepaid expensing, deferred revenue recognition, and payroll/operating accruals Review and monitor internal controls Help implement new technology to make the monthly close process more efficient
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification preferred 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong technical accounting skills and solid understanding of US GAAPNet Suite experience required Experience with finance operations/accounts payable is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, remotely Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering accurate financial information Experience leveraging AI and technology to automate workflows and processes
