About the role
Acuity Inc. is seeking a Director of Early Talent Programs to shape our global early-career workforce. You will lead university partnerships, internships, co-ops, and rotational leadership programs across the U.S., with initial focus on the U.S., Mexico, and Ireland.
You will collaborate with business leaders, HR, and academic partners to position Acuity as an employer of choice for emerging talent worldwide, and travel as needed.
