Do you enjoy meeting new people and connecting with customers? Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional service to our community. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations: Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced. Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards. Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations. Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
