You oversee this relationship from the hiring process to current employees to the exit compensation and benefits, communicating Human Resources policies, conducting exit management. Accordingly, an Employee Relations Specialist work in conjunction with and advisory capacity. You analyze job listings in order to identify these core duties and responsibilities.
