About the role
Seeking a full-time Director of Content Production, this remote position will manage the creative quality and operational scaling of the centralized Content Studio, ensuring high standards in content execution while collaborating with various marketing and operational teams.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the quality gatekeeper for the Content Studio, reviewing and editing work before final approval
Set and maintain creative standards for tone, craft, and polish across all content produced by the studio
Define and operationalize the enterprise Content Hub strategy, establishing scalable frameworks for content production and distribution
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, English, Journalism, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in content production, creative operations, or editorial, with direct experience in reviewing and editing creative work
At least 3 years leading multidisciplinary creative or content teams in enterprise-scale marketing organizations
Proven track record of enhancing the quality of a team's creative output through editing and coaching
Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software preferred
