Job Description: Job Description Records Center Scanner / Document Processing Associate Midway Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented associates for a document scanning and processing project in Santa Ana, CA.

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay: $25.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM-2:30 AMOpportunity: Temporary Job Duties Retrieve and organize files from storage Prepare documents for scanning Operate scanning equipment and computer systems Review scanned documents for quality and accuracy Return files to designated locations Maintain confidentiality and document integrity Meet productivity and quality standards Perform general records and document processing tasks Requirements Previous warehouse, clerical, scanning, or records experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and scanners Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Able to retrieve files from shelving up to approximately 7 feet high Able to lift and move boxes/files as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Dress Code Business casual or warehouse-appropriate attire. Closed-toe shoes required. No leggings or sweatpants.
