About the role
To enhance the learning experience, the part-time contract Adjunct Assistant Professor - Communication will teach courses in General Education with a focus on communication and public speaking in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging course content in communication and public speaking
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes
Facilitate discussions and encourage student participation in a virtual classroom environment
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field
Experience teaching at the college level, preferably in communication or public speaking
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and remote education methodologies
Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
