Location: Shreveport, LA
Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 (Full-Time)

Responsibilities: Daily site management— Oversee day‑to‑day operations on residential construction sites. Project scheduling— Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Subcontractor coordination— Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site teams to maintain workflow. Safety enforcement— Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance. Progress reporting— Report project updates, issues, and milestones to leadership.
Requirements: Residential superintendent experience— Proven background managing residential construction projects. Leadership & organization— Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Multi‑project management— Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
