About the role
Senior HR Professional — Personal Development Programmes Building your own pipeline of enquiries through the company's marketing systems, then holding senior-level conversations with people about their next move. This would suit a senior professional who is looking to work remotely and enjoy autonomy as an independent contractor. Day to day: Run marketing activity using the systems and templates provided, to generate your own enquiries Hold in-depth conversations with enquirers about their goals and where they feel stuck Draw on your own senior experience to explain the relevant programme credibly Provide follow-up information and handle further questions Take part in senior-level training calls with the wider team Who it's for: 15+ years' experience in a senior HR, Director Head of People or equivalent; a strong track record building relationships at a senior level; used to a high degree of autonomy. A keen interest in personal development is helpful, and a genuine desire to help people through significant change. How the work happens: Fully remote, working autonomously, with structured onboarding, marketing templates and support from industry leaders within the company.
