The role balances hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership, focusing on technical, G&A, and GTM hiring for SMB and enterprise segments. This 3‑month contract may extend based on growth and outcomes. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing and engagement, and partner with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires.
