PGIM Private Capital is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements, analysis, and delivery coordination across business units and IT teams in support of the IT&S roadmap. You will conduct current and future-state process mapping, data analysis, and ensure alignment with Private Credit business needs while collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
