About the role

Venbrook is seeking a Director of Subrogation to lead and grow the subrogation department across the claims recovery lifecycle. This role owns strategy, operations, technology, and client relationships to drive recoveries and expand offerings. The right candidate will build and scale a high-performing team, implement modernization initiatives, and partner with carriers, clients, and leadership to elevate performance and compliance across multi-state recoveries.
